Black Radish Chips with Greek Yogurt and Hen of the Woods
Filed in Appetizer, Dinner, Gluten Free, Side, Vegetarian, 07/07/2010, 13:20It’s too hot to blog. Hen of the Woods is a mushroom I got from H-Mart. H-Mart is incredible. Black radish is a big radish with black skin that is spicier than your run of the mill red radish. It also came from H-Mart. Roasting black radishes makes them less overwhelming.

Why didn’t I think of cheese and tomatoes on top of asparagus!!! There’s no alterations needed, it’s perfect. Unless of course you don’t have everything on hand- [...]
Gazpacho for the Summer
Filed in Appetizer, Dinner, Gluten Free, Side, Soup, Vegan, Vegetarian, 05/06/2010, 21:34It’s getting hotter and hotter in MA, tonight we even watched the fireflies whirl about in the yard. Gazpacho is perfect for summer because it is so cooling and refreshing. The other benefit is disuse of the oven, although, this recipe calls for grilling the veggies, but that’s okay because its done outside and doesn’t [...]

Filed in Dinner, Gluten Free, Side, Vegan, Vegetarian, 03/06/2010, 07:04This post is dedicated to mi padre, whose favourite saying is current;y “didn’t have that when I was a kid.” Its quick and easy, I didn’t even have to press the tofu because grilling it on the barbie seems to dry it out pretty well.
