Kale-Pistachio Pesto with Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes and Smokey Facon
Filed in Dinner, Vegetarian, 28/12/2009, 00:45We wanted to get rid of the kale, so we gave the conventional basil pesto a healthy twist…. healthy until it was saturated with parmesan and butter. Oops. Balsamic roasted tomatoes and some green beans really filled out this orzo-based dish.
